Greek Chicken Pastries

This is super easy and it looks and tastes really impressive. A lot of the ingredients you can pretty much eyeball, which is why I don’t even know what the actual amounts are supposed to be. – Cowbell

Ingredients

  • two chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 package tomato & basil feta cheese
  • basil pesto
  • 1 puff pastry sheet

Method

Step 1

Mince the garlic, mix with egg yolk, cover the chicken breasts in it.

Step 2

Use 1/2 a thawed pastry sheet, put about 1/3 cup fresh spinach on there, throw the chicken breast on top, put a thin layer of pesto, a layer of the feta cheese, more spinach, seal up the pasty sheet.

Step 3

Bake ~35 minutes @ 375. Yum!
